Malbec
Malbec is a purple grape variety used in making red wine. The grapes tend to have an inky dark color and robust tannins. Known for its plump, dark fruit flavors and smoky finish, Malbec wine offers a great alternative to higher priced Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah.

Meat/ Fish: duck, chicken leg, lamb, beef, ostrich, buffalo, pork shoulder, salmon
Cheese: Goats Milk, Blue Cheese (Think Buffalo blue cheese burgers!)
Sweets: rich dark chocolate, buttery caramel with sea salt, chocolate cake
