Here at Paulina Market, all of our beef is choice grade or higher! We typically break down a minimum of one steer per week, and get the rest in as boxed beef. Since we are one of the last remaining butcher shops to still get in hanging cattle, we are able to get any cut of beef you are looking for! All of our beef in the counter is hand cut by our butchers so our butchers are very knowledgeable and can help answer any meat related question you have!
