Beef marrow bones are from the shank portion of the hind leg or the foreleg. Marrow bones are approximately 3/4 lbs each and 9 inches long. Marrow bones are used for soup and stocks and can be split down the middle for ease if cooking to eat the marrow.
Marrow bones are also perfect for dogs, and no question a local Chicago dog favorite!
