A boneless rolled pork loin is two trimmed boneless pork loins tied together for roasting. Based on how many you are serving the roast size will vary. Since it is boneless, figure 8 - 10 oz per person. Roasts can range anywhere from 2 - 8 lbs. based on your needs!
