Beef Tongue Smoked - Each is backordered and will ship as soon as it is back in stock.
Raw beef tongues are pickled in house, allowed to fully cure for a few days and then smoked. Boil for an hour and a half before serving to achieving tenderness. Each tongues is approximately 3 lbs. each.
