Our homemade beef bacon starts off with beef bellies being dry cured for 1 week which ensures they are fully cured.  From there, the bellies are then soaked for 2 days to remove a majority of the salt utilized in the curing process, and then smoked and fully cooked!  Paulina's bacon is one of our products that may take a little longer to make, but hopefully this is demonstrated in the way it tastes!


Available in 1 lb increments- whole or sliced
