All pot roasts come from the chuck of the steer which is located in the shoulder. Some call it a 7-bone pot roast due to the shape of its bone!
Depending, this pot roast, along with the round bone pot roast, can be hard to find because most stores only sell boneless pot roast. Since Paulina gets in hanging cattle, we are able to break down the shoulder and offer bone-in pot roasts for those interested!
