Swedish Liver Pate (Leverpastej)
Our Swedish Liver Pate (Leverpastej) is made with pork meat, pork liver, milk, eggs, anchovies, and spices. It is emulsified and then placed into baking pans. Before baking in the oven, pork caul fat is laid over the top of each pan for aesthetics and to provide additional flavor and moisture.
