Our homemade Turducken is a combination of three poultry meats! The outside layer is a boneless turkey with the wings and legs attached. The boneless turkey is then stuffed with a whole boneless duck, which is then stuffed with a whole boneless chicken breast. In between each layer contains a cornbread stuffing with Cajun spices and Andouille sausage.
(Cook with foil on at 325 degrees until internal temp hits 150 degrees. Once internal temp is at 150 degrees take foil off and cook at 450 until internal temp hits 165. Baste periodically.)
(Approx. between 13-15 pounds each)
Please Note: Turduckens are frozen, so they take 4 days to thaw in your refrigerator. Pick them up Saturday, November 18th or earlier so they can be ready for your Thanksgiving meal!
