Crown Pork Roast
Depending on the size, a crown pork roast is typically two center cut rib section of the pork loin. The bones frenched and the chime bone is removed. It is tied to make it appear like a crown!
Traditionally after the roast is cooked, you can put "hats" on each bone to enhance it's appearance!
Whether it is a pork crown roast, or a lamb crown roast, crown roasts are holiday crowd pleasers!
Each pork crown roast is approximately a 8 - 14 pounds and the serving size is 1 lb per person.
(Minimum order is an 8 pound roast and maximum order is a 14 pound roast)
