A fully cooked, emulsified deli meat consisting of beef, pork, and veal, and is traditionally for kids but really a fan favorite by all who give our bologna a try! Our homemade bologna is made with salt, sugar, white pepper, granulated onion, celery power, spices, and reduced lactose whey.
In store shopper fact: For as far as our butchers can remember and still to this day, when you shop with a young one, the butcher will offer your child a free slice of bologna to get the taste buds brewing!
