Bockwurst is a traditional German sausage made with finely chopped veal and pork. It is similar to Weisswurst but is of a smaller size and has the addition of chives! Bockwurst is traditionally eaten with mustard and beer. Thery are fully cooked so a simple heat and eat by grilling, pan frying, or simmering in water will do the trick!
