Our smoked turkey legs are from our fresh Amish turkeys and can be eaten cold since they are fully cooked, BUT are more enjoyable steam heated in the oven and dossed in your favorite BBQ with an additional side of that BBQ sauce for dipping purposes!

Cooking Instructions: Heat the oven to 325°. Cover with BBQ sauce if that is your style, place the leg(s) on a rack in a roasting pan, put an inch of water in the pan, and cover the whole pan with aluminum foil to create a steaming chamber. Baste with BBQ as desired and remove the leg(s) our of the over after tender which will be around 1.5 hours.
