Lamb shoulder blade chop is the same as a beef blade bone pot roast but much smaller in size (hence the "chop"). They come from the lamb shoulder and are great marinated or seasoned and cooked on the grill!
Lamb should blade chops are roughly .5 - .75 lb pieces.
