This Boneless Turkey Breast is stuffed with a whole boneless duck breast, a whole boneless chicken breast, cornbread stuffing with Cajun seasonings, and our Andouille Sausage. (Cook with foil on at 325 degrees until internal temp hits 150 degrees. Once internal temp is at 150 degrees take foil off and cook at 450 until internal temp hits 165. Baste periodically.) Serves approx 15 - 20 people.
